The easiest way for us to deliver and collect your tree is to leave it somewhere safe on your property.

If your house is located within 10 Kilometres of the Melbourne CBD and there is somewhere safe for us to leave your tree then delivery and collection is included in the price of your tree (see note below), all you need to do is select this product and we will know to leave the tree at the address you leave on the order.

There are a range of delivery and collection windows available. Please select the appropriate option from the list below.

We deliver during a weeks window and collect generally on the first or second day of that week.

Week 1 Sunday 30th through to Saturday 6th December
Week 2 – Sunday 7th through to Saturday 13th December
Deliveries after the 13th and up to Christmas eve on request only and may incur an additional charge.

Week of the 12th January

NOTE: This delivery is for locations within 10 kilometres of Melbourne CBD. We do one delivery date for Geelong and the Surf Coast, the date of that delivery will be confirmed late November If you are outside the delivery area then you are welcome to collect the tree from Richmond (Outside working hours). Please email us to discuss.
